  Where do we manufacture?

At MONHNNY, we take great pride in our commitment to delivering top-quality products, and that starts with our manufacturing process. We are pleased to inform you that 100% of our products are exclusively designed and produced right here in Vancouver. Our state-of-the-art design studio and production factory are both based locally, ensuring that each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

As a brand that values social responsibility, we are thrilled to be associated with a local female-owned factory. By collaborating with small-scale factories, we actively contribute to the economic growth and empowerment of our community. 

To maintain the highest standards of quality, our team visits the factory often to conduct thorough inspections and guarantee that every product meets our exacting standards. Moreover, we work hand-in-hand with our pattern makers, seeking innovative ways to minimize waste and promote sustainable practices throughout our manufacturing process.

At MONHNNY, we are committed to sustainability, and our dedication to the environment is reflected in our choice of materials. Our bras are lovingly handmade using deadstock fabric sourced from our joggers, further reducing our ecological footprint and contributing to a more sustainable fashion industry.

Our FUMFY collection, in particular, exemplifies our commitment to sustainable fashion. Within this collection, we utilize three distinct materials, each with its unique eco-friendly properties:

1. Cotton Spandex French Terry - certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®: This material is not only comfortable and durable but also certified by OEKO-TEX®, ensuring it is free from harmful substances and safe for both you and the environment.

2. TENCEL™ Lyocell Organic Cotton Spandex Jersey - STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®: Made from a blend of organic cotton yarn and TENCEL™ Lyocell, this fabric is not only exceptionally soft and breathable but also responsibly sourced. TENCEL™ Lyocell is Lenzing certified, signifying its sustainable production process.

3. Recycled Chito Mid-Weight Compression: We take pride in utilizing this innovative material, which epitomizes our dedication to reducing waste and promoting a circular economy. For every meter of this fabric, we divert seven post-consumer plastic bottles from the waste stream, giving them a new life as functional and stylish activewear.


 

                              
       
       
      What is Tencel Lyocell?
      TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are extracted from sustainably grown wood using a unique closed loop system which recovers and reuses the solvents used, minimizing the environmental impact of production. Unique physical properties lead to their high tenacity profile, efficient moisture management and gentleness to skin.

       

       What is Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®?
